What have you done to your car today ...

This may appear to be a shameless rip off.... alright, it is

I have driven with my new fuel tank fitted only to find the sender leaks and then my exhaust fell off (yes, again!), yet another weld has snapped. This time I think I've found the cause though, the exhaust is too short for the car.

:) It is still the best car I've ever owned, yes there may be issues but I get a huge grin every single day - well worth it!

Trust me, the experience you have (whilst it may be good) is NOTHING compared to being in a Vindicator :)

This boils down to operater error. Coat hangers only hold for a little while :read:

I bet you'd grin if you were fighting a 6'7" 28 stone man-mountain, it is an expression of fear of impending death James.

I love fighting 6'7" people :)

And yes I meant the vindicator not the Supra, there's a forged rebuild underway when I get some free time!

Today I have arranged for a free replacement fuel pump to be sent, bought some blue hylomar to seal my fuel sender and thought about how much my knee hurts

That is not free time! That is contemplating what to do next to your Supra and to make sure that everybody is getting on with theres for the upcoming events!

Last night I fitted the fuel sender with blue hylomar, wired up the gauge which appears to work in a fashion and ordered some better 16mm fuel hose. I also found that whilst lying alongside the kit car, if you reach in and start the engine you get an exhaust's content in your eye!

Why my kit car is better than your jag :D

1. 30mpg. Yes, 30.

2. £150 to insure for the year

3. People stop you in the street to tell you how much they love it

4. It slides around country lanes

5. It has no roof

And that was without even trying. What's your 0-60?

So the jag is

400 to insure

Warm or cool depending on desire year round

I can take a lady out in it without helmet hair

I get the people too

It's comfortable for traveling miles in

I not sure you will win 0-60either

- The Vindicator is also warm or cool depending on whether you choose to drive it when it is warm or cool

- My kind of lady doesn't mind helmet hair :)

- No you don't

- Mine's exciting to travel anywhere - you get a little buzz of excitement every time you buckle up. Most people call this fear but I call it excitement.

What's your time? I hoenstly don't know who would win - over 70 I'll just say that you're speeding and therefore dangerous so I won't entertain that sort of behaviour ;)

1) I get 32 to the gallon in my 3.0 V6 Camry

2) My insurance on the Cam is £268 fully comp. ahrg you beet me. But I get FREE road TAX worth £300 so makes up for it....

3) People Stop you in the street to see what wally uses a car with no roof in this COUNTRY?

4) My camry slides around country lanes, usually not on purpose....

5) Mine has a roof but I can make a hole init whenever the RAIN allows..

So in THIS country, no roof you get wet, and what else is there, oh yeah YOU GET WET!.

1. You probably drive your Camry a little differently to my Vindicator :)

2. WIN! And you don't get any brownie points on the tax front for being a cripple

3. I can't change the weather?!

4. I should add 'in a semi-controlled manner'

5. I think I win that one then

If you go over 30mph then the rain is no problem - the trick is not slowing down!
